Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere, the founder and CEO of doacweb.com, Africa, addresses the struggles of Nigeria as it celebrates her 64th year of independence. Through his words, he passionately connects with Nigerians, urging them to shift their perspective from blaming the country to empowering themselves. Didi-Omah highlights the critical need for transformational leaders who aim to uplift the masses through empowerment, not by handouts or manipulation. He asks his fellow citizens to embrace personal responsibility, knowledge, and faith, rather than relying on corrupt leaders or external aid. Didi-Omah's heartfelt message serves as a call for unity, courage, and the belief that prosperity can indeed arise from Nigeria, if only its people choose to transform themselves first.

Original Statement:

“Greetings executives, my great Nigerians. I am happy Nigeria at 64 years of independence this day, October 1st, 2024. It's a normal Tuesday like others and more to observe.

I see how Nigerians say bad about the country, I know we have bad leaders, which have made you crying, they are your enemies in pretences, whose god is their belly, who mind earthly things, who are selfish and greedy.

No nation will break free without transformational leaders arise. It is only the poor man thinks money is for purchasing, the powerful uses money to put the poor in his pocket.

The poor need to be poor, for the powerful to be powerful; at this phase poverty is of high economic value to the powerful.

You need money to establish yourself, the powerful won't give you money to do so. He wants you to keep coming to him for money, to keep see him as your boss. You have to establish yourself, you have to break free from the circle of coming to the powerful aways for help or money.

We need transformational leaders to break free, and how does we do that, by empowerment. You don't need money, you need empowerment, you need updated insights, you need information, you need knowledge to break free and be transformed.

Transformational leader want you to be empowered, he works hard for your empowerment. He builds you so you can be independent and not depending on him, so you can build back the community. He empowers you to empower others, the society. He transformed you, so you can see the good of be financially empowered and not being manipulated because of poverty, being a tool that the powerful uses to manipulate you.

He brings out the potentials in you, for you, by you, with you, and you to be light to yourself and the generations of men.

Helping someone so they can be depending on you, so you can manipulate them; that's not charity, that's not empowerment. That's wickedness and witchcraft in human form.

I tell you, you are more than what you think you are and that's empowerment. You are just broke sitting on a gold, you need information to transform that gold you are sitting on to wealth.

Poverty is a tool that the powerful uses to manipulate the poor. What is his bragging tool, money.

I will tell you this, learning lead only to knowledge, you will be called a fool. Learning lead to massive actions, you will be wealthy.

The another main thing is not what the world or Africa or Nigeria presents to you. But what you can give to this world, Africa and Nigeria.

Government are not coming to take care of you, you have to work, study, take massive actions, have faith, be in Christ and take care of yourself. Don't seek for help and protection outside God, lest you fall and be killed. Do good no matter what, always do the right things, don't be afraid, be bold and of good courage.

This is my main message for you this day; you can't curse a land, working and expecting good fruits from it. Believe money can be made from Nigeria, work by faith and not by sight, you will achieve the wealth of Nigeria and eat the good fruits of this land. Remember assumption is the mother of frustration, don't assume be sure and true.

You have to respond to your abilities, that's what responsibility is.

I repeat: you can't curse a land, working and expecting good fruits from it. Believe money can be made from Nigeria, work by faith and not by sight, you will achieve the wealth of Nigeria and eat the good fruits of this land.

God Bless Nigeria!!!”

Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere’s impassioned message on Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day is both a wake-up call and a light of hope. It speaks to the hearts of Nigerians who have faced disappointment and frustration but offers a path forward—one of empowerment, knowledge, and faith.
