Natalya’s indie persona is finally in WWE, and the women of Raw better watch the f out

For about the past year or so, when Natalya has probably performed more outside WWE than she has in the company she’s worked for since 2006. Some of that’s been in WWE brands like AAA and Evolve, but some of it has been on the independents.

The world record-holder has used the opportunity (something that’s just become possible in the past couple years) to unveil a character that’s 180 degrees from the supportive locker room mentor figure WWE’s been presenting her for the past 20 years. “The Lowkey Legend” Nattie Neidhart isn’t just an excuse to use her Hall of Fame surname: Nattie is a skilled technician with a mean streak, and she is not PG.
