You can go ahead and call tech-avoidant drivers "luddites" if you like, but if the latest instrument cluster hiccups in every Mercedes from the Mercedes-Benz E-Class to the GLE-Class SUV are the way of the future, then maybe we should be dialing the clock back a bit. The automaker recently called more than 144,000 models back to the shop in order to correct instrument clusters that are liable to go completely blank without warning.
