Man And His Father Die in Motorcycle Crash Just Hours Before His Wedding

A heartbreaking tragedy has occurred after a singer and his father both died in a fatal motorbike accident just hours before the singer’s wedding.

According to reports, the accident happened when their motorcycle collided with a car, causing the impact to throw them into another vehicle. The victims have been identified as Jaílson Pereira da Silva Melo and his father, José Valdir de Melo. The driver who caused the collision reportedly fled the scene immediately after the crash.

An eyewitness motorist recounted the moment of horror, explaining that when he looked back, he saw two bodies rolling across the road. Paramedics arrived shortly after, but both father and son were sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident occurred along the BR-104 highway, between Campina Grande and Queimadas, in the northeast region of Brazil.

Tragically, José was scheduled to marry his long-time partner, Mônica Andrade, later that same day.
Just hours before losing his life, he had posted a joyful message on social media, writing: “Happy Saturday, everyone. The big day has arrived.”
