“Looking For A Job Do This” — Didi-Omah Exposes What Job Seekers Should Do To Stay Without Going Broke

You have graduated, congratulations! You are still in school, it is good! School is not a scam — that is the truth. Or you just finished secondary education and looking for a job.

I will have to you the truth, Executive. Schooling only get you literate, and it is knowledge that get you empowered. So you that is seeking admission into the higher education, study the business aspect of what you are going to study at the higher education. This is the first thing you should do.

For example, Executive. You are studying software development, study the business aspect of it — how to make money from it, how to promote it, how to market it, how to lead people under that venture. Because traditionally, school does not train employers, it trains employees.

Traditionally, school trains you to work for money, to look for money. Not how to use money to get wealthy, not how to get people to do what you want. Executive. Going to school is not a scam, school still remains the greatest asset to modern civilization.

And you that is in the society, looking for a job. There are millions of people that are in the society too, that have been seeking for years and got nothing. The ones that got jobs, are on low payments, even 30k per month — what can that offer now in the market valuation. Be business orientated, feed yourself with the right knowledge (and skills) around your field or discipline.

There are jobs, only for those that sight it with the eyes of business knowledge, money making skills. Don't just go about the roads, looking for a job. Educate yourself with business management, financial accounting, advertising concepts, marketing knowledge, leadership and talent promotion.

To stay out of being broke, you should focus on improving your skills, and be business orientated, have business mindset towards your venture. Be it a ministry, be business orientated, be faith abided, but have business knowledge about your field — and take action. Executive.

You are into software development, you have the technical skills and your laptop with internet access. Create a software that can solve a given problem in a targeted market or people wants. Create social media accounts, add your professional profile, set up your bio that suits your offer and who you are.

Start publishing about your product, teach about your service, make irresistible offer and follow up strategy to get people. When you have gotten huge following from people, you can then start selling to them. See as you will end looking for a job, and be an employer of labour. Be intentional and be different. Executive.
