The agreement was signed by Dr. Aqeel Al-Ghamdi, Assistant Supervisor-General for Planning and Development at KSrelief, and Dr. Nasser Al-Sayed, Assistant Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Muslim World League.
