There is no way you can excel in a thing that you have not learned. Not going to business school or Bible school is not necessary. If you think that way, you have a problem. Go to a school of personal development — go to learn from those who knew and approved that they know: how to go about business and ministry.

I have great businesses and institutions today. Good! How is that possible?

Go and learn from great businesses or institutions that are already great and they are great for centuries. I went to the internet and gather all the materials, I could access. I studied on Facebook, Dangote Sugar & Cement Industries, Google, Amazon, 2GO, Twitter, Microsoft Corporation, TikTok and more — and consume them. So you see me saying: I did not enter business school and you want to follow the steps, sorry you won't excel.

I have thoroughly studied giants in politics, fashion business, internet business, universities, primary and secondary school, media business — so I have been thoroughly educated in any field I ventured into. I have higher degree in these field because I have gone through studies.

Executive, there is no way I can visits all these companies in my life, I learn by collecting and accessing all the available document, papers, contents, videos, information, interviews — about them online. The tests and things that made them great. The problem I have with most people: many people know where they are going but they don't care how to get there.

They will just be moving about with, some where we will get there. I know we will get there — it's just saying.

I pray as if everything depends on God. I study hard because I must be empowered to achieve what I wants.

I work smart and hard because everything depends on me.

Executive, like I usually say; Life does not rewards efforts. Life rewards the knowledge behind the efforts. There are people who have been doing business for years but have not achieve the success doac, Invest. have obtained in her eight years in business. You can't pray your way to the top, you pave your way to the top.

You cannot guess your way to greatness, you follow the gateway to greatness.

Before venturing in school as business, drive to the great schools around the country, ask questions, collect information. Analyse it, and work on their weakness. It is one thing to have a vision, and it is another to know how to achieve it. Executive, it is one thing to know where you are going. It is another to know how to get there. The problem now is that people have a vision, they get start running, they don't care to know how best to get it achieve. They just keep running until they are worn out. How to; How to; How to — is very important. I have interest in real estate let me let you know. I went to few real estate companies in Rivers State like Hamrex Properties, Aroma Real Estate, Endlex Properties, etc. to see how it is run. But I discovered some problems, and I said to myself if I follow these case studies, I will end up like them.

Executive, I began studies on real estate industries in Delta State, Lagos State & Abuja over the internet. You know I am a global man — I went ahead to study, study wealthy real estate giants in England, United States, Dubai, UAE, Canada. To know how these real estate businesses still make money and remain relevant even in their country where there is no land.

Here we sell more on lands, there they did more on real estate investments.

I won't tell you what they are, go and find out yourself. You must study and follow the footsteps of giants for you to become a giant — or else you remain dwarf. Get serious or you get small.

I know prosperity is God's plan, but I need to know how to get into it. Because the promises of God have conditions, yes the promises of God are sure but they are conditional. Executive, be humble and hungry — there is nothing in life but you must make it in life. Life is not too serious, but you must be highly discipline for you to make it from life. I don't want to be preacher of God's prosperity; so as early before my 18 years old, I began asking God show me the steps to enter into supernatural prosperity. I ask for it, I seek for it, and I knock at the door always to get it.

Walking in supernatural wealth is possible. I want to enter into it (God's prosperity), Lord show me the secret, I want to experience it, I want to have it, — And I went after it. It is one thing to know what you need; and another thing to know how to get it.
