ILT20 Season 4 viewership reached 397 million globally, marking strong growth across TV, OTT platforms, and record-breaking digital engagement.

DUBAI: ILT20 Season 4 viewership has recorded a significant global surge, reinforcing the tournament’s status as one of the most-watched cricket leagues worldwide. The latest season amassed 397 million unique viewers across television and OTT platforms, reflecting a 7.49 per cent increase compared to Season 3.

The league’s expansion across international broadcast networks played a crucial role in boosting ILT20 Season 4 viewership. While the Zee Network continued to deliver strong reach in India, syndication across major sports channels in other regions contributed to broader global exposure. This strategic distribution allowed the tournament to connect with new audiences and strengthen its international footprint.

Digital performance also reached new heights during the season. Across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok, the league generated more than 2.5 billion video views. Over 350 pieces of content individually crossed the one million views mark, highlighting strong fan engagement beyond live matches.

DP World ILT20 CEO David White described the season as a resounding success, noting that competitive matches featuring top international players helped captivate audiences worldwide. He added that the league’s balance of on-field action and off-field entertainment contributed to its growing appeal.

Independent analysis by GSIQ further validated the league’s rapid rise, stating that ILT20 Season 4 viewership reflects exceptional scale for a relatively young tournament. The report highlighted the league’s strong market establishment and increasing global relevance.

Season 4 concluded with Desert Vipers securing their maiden title, alongside standout individual performances from leading international and UAE players. With momentum building, organisers are now preparing for Season 5, aiming to expand reach and deliver an even larger global spectacle.
