I have studied great companies and their foundations, including their founders' biographies. I will have to start from the big transportation companies in Nigeria, majorly owned by the Igbos.

I have studied great companies and their foundations, including their founders' biographies. I will have to start from the big transportation companies in Nigeria, majorly owned by the Igbos. 

Some founders started from vulcanizer to bus conductor to the great level, they has attained in their lives. Some from a zero to borrow to millions and move to billions.

Both in the fashion world, from a small room of sewing machines to what we have Zara, Filla, Gucci and so many. Even the tech, from garage to silicon valley; from small room to global empire.

No difference, and the cause is level of knowledge and quality of their mindset. Their mindset plays the major role, and the knowledge they have kept them growing global. I have studied, and keep studying them, their businesses and what makes them great and successful in their time and now. Knowledge is the power and mindset is the board.

Their location does not define their standards, their starting point has no power over their growth, they look ahead despite starting poor. They focus on people, have a long-term vision, and that's it. Some started with loan, now they are controlling the market valuations. Some started with school funding when they were in the university, now they are supporting the government of nations. 

You don't need to have millions to start, you don't need to get a standard office to be in business. You don't need to keep waiting for people to come, you measure them before sewing. See beyond that, in the world we live, people don't know what they want, you have to create a product, talk about it's value, and fix a solution to people's problems — boom! You get their money.

Marketing is simple, it is coming up with the right tagline. Once you show people the problem, and show them the solution — giving your offer, they will be moved to act.

The best business is not the ones that started with huge money or at good location; but the ones that know the how, having the right mindset and working with a vision. Location does not affect standards, even a low place can make a great company prosperous — so location have nothing to do with your growth. 

Yes, we know some business are location based, we also to know that we can make a difference. Doing the same thing others are doing, make no difference — but doing things differently and being right, is the wisdom to conquer the big players.
