INGREDIENTS

flour. 1kg

sugar. 200g

egg. 2 large

margarine. 125g

powdered milk. 75g

nutmeg. 2tablespoon(blended)

like warm water 2cups

PROCEDURE

1) Sieve flour and put in a bowl

2) Add milk, nutmeg into the bowl of flour and mix,

3) Add margarine into the flour mixture and mix together with your hands.

4) In another bowl pour the sugar into the Luke warm water to dissolve.

5) Break the eggs and add to the liquid mixture,mix together and pour it into the power mixture.

6) Knead all together

6)Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

7) Cut into your any shape you want.

8)Deep fry and remove when slightly brown.

Note: There are hundreds types of chichin recipes, this is the one I want to share.
