Akara or Bean cake!! 

Ingredients:

Beans

Pepper

Chilli /shombo/bawa

Onion

Crayfish(optional)

Salt 

Seasoning. (Blend your seasoning with the beans.

Instructions:

Wash your beans and remove the skin. (Optional) yes ooo.. optional

If you have difficulty with this use your blender.

When the beans is clean

Blend all together but this is where it gets tricky.... 

Add little water and make sure it has a thick consistency..

In a sauce pan add vegetable oil or palm oil. 

Make sure it's high heat ,then reduce if need be.

Take a scooper or spoon and scoop and drop into the hot oil.

Fry till golden or the color of my picture.

Enjoy with pap or custard or even Quaker oat
