A woman named Precious Nelson Chidera has opened up on social media about the painful experience she went through with her ex-boyfriend, Adegbola David Adedapo, accusing him of bullying, controlling behavior, and thr£ats during their time together.

In her post, Precious explained that it all began a few years ago when she matched with David on a dating app. They hit it off right away, exchanged numbers, and started talking regularly to build their connection. At the time, David had only been in the UK for about three months and was hustling hard—working three jobs to get stable and settled.

As their chats deepened, David became very eager to bring her over to the UK to join him. Things felt promising for a while. Then, months later, he traveled back to Nigeria to visit his younger sister, and that’s when the dynamic started to shift.

Precious shared that everything seemed fine at first, but soon David began pressuring her for intim*te photos. He grew increasingly controlling and obsessive in how he spoke to her and monitored things. One day, he even insisted she go visit his aunty the very next day, adding more pressure.

The situation escalated when Precious decided to end the relationship. That’s when, according to her, David turned threatening—he warned that he would leak her private intimate photos online if she went through with the breakup.

Precious says the emotional toll was heavy, dealing with someone who went from sweet and supportive to controlling and scary. By sharing her story publicly, she’s hoping to warn others and perhaps find some peace after what she describes as a toxic and frightening chapter.to

This comes after David admitted to be guilty in the tragic murder of 23-year-old Stephanie Irons, who was found dead at her home in Nottingham last October.

The heartbreaking incident happened on October 21, 2025. Police officers arrived at Stephanie’s apartment on Westdale Lane West in the Mapperley area around 10 p.m. after a call came in. They discovered her seriously injured in the living room and, despite efforts, she was pronounced dead right there at the scene.

Detectives later revealed that David and Stephanie knew each other through work—they were colleagues—and had been in a short relationship that had recently come to an end. The breakup appears to have played a key role in what unfolded.

After the attack, David fled the area. He left behind several items, including blood-stained trainers and a jumper, which were found discarded in Mapperley and the nearby Carlton neighborhood.

Reports say he then traveled to several places—Mansfield, Worksop, Sheffield, and Hull—before coming back to Nottingham the next day. On October 22, he walked into Oxclose police station and turned himself in. He was quickly charged with murder.
