Gunmen invade Rivers community, k!ll two

Gunmen have k!lled two people in the Briun community in Bou-Ko kingdom, Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State. It was gathered that the gunmen invaded the community at about 8 pm on Tuesday night, September 3, 2024, when many residents were already indoors. Many residents who heard the sound of the gunshot remained indoors while some fled the community  A resident of the area and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Ken Saro-Wiwa Surveillance Group, Bright Nwiyorde, who confirmed the incident called for a thorough investigation.  In Bou-ko kingdom we heard that unknown gunmen shot two people in the Briun community at night, he said.  We dont know the people and that is why we are calling on the Government, the Commissioner of Police, the Khana local government chairman and the security at the local government level to come and investigate the matter and bring them to book At the same time, myself as a security person Im also doing my own investigation to help the government get to the root of the matter.  The post Gunmen invade Rivers community, k!ll two appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
