It’s not often that you hear the words ‘chauffeur-driven’ and ‘all-terrain’ used to describe a vehicle, but that’s precisely the aim of this intriguing Genesis concept created by South Korean industrial design student, WookZoon Kwon.

The concept, simply dubbed the Chauffeur Driven All Terrain, aims to be the ultimate private space and combines design elements from luxury yachts, private jets, and traditional three-box sedans all while maintaining the firm’s Athletic Elegance design philosophy.

Similarities between Kwon’s creation and current Genesis vehicles are obvious when viewed from the front with two curved LED light bars stretching the full width of the fascia. The concept then lacks a traditional grille but makes up for it with angled lines that form a V-pattern where a grille would usually sit. Triangular air intakes are also visible.

The top view of the concept aims to recreate the crest shape of a yacht and incorporates a bronze-colored accent line running around the hood, over the A-pillars, and across the outer edge of the roof. These bronze elements continue on the rocker panels and the rear decklid. Like any good concept, the Genesis Chauffeur Driven All Terrain also sits on a set of big wheels with silver spokes.

Kwon’s concept is particularly bold at the rear where there are two thin LED light bars running parallel with each other and angling down to the rear diffuser which also has some bronze accents.

This isn’t the only intriguing Genesis design concept that we’ve come across this month. Automotive designer Younghyun Jo unveiled his wild Genesis XV Concept a few weeks ago, created to show what the ultimate two-door luxury SUV from the Korean firm could look like. This concept took design inspiration from the likes of the X Speedium Coupe Concept and X Convertible Concept to create an SUV that makes even the new GV80 Coupe seem a little uninspired.
