Galadima Congratulates Namdas on Appointment as Border Communities DG

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Adamawa State, Ahmed Galadima Aminu (Tijjani), has congratulated Abdulrazak Sa’ad Namdas on his appointment as Director General of the Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a congratulatory message, Galadima described the appointment as well-deserved and a recognition of Namdas’ outstanding contributions to public service, national development and the growth of the APC.

He noted that Namdas, a former member of the House of Representatives and former Federal Commissioner representing the North-East on the Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has consistently demonstrated competence, integrity and exceptional leadership throughout his career.

According to him, Namdas’ background as someone from a border community gives him firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing border and rural areas across the country.

“Your longstanding commitment to improving the livelihoods of ordinary people, particularly those in underserved communities, makes you eminently qualified to lead the agency at this critical time,” Galadima stated.

He expressed confidence that the new DG would justify the trust reposed in him by President Tinubu through diligent, transparent and impactful leadership.

Galadima further described the appointment as a source of pride not only for Namdas but also for Adamawa State and the APC family in the state.

“On behalf of my family, supporters and the entire APC family in Adamawa State, I wish you a successful and impactful tenure,” he said.

He also prayed for Allah’s guidance, wisdom, strength and good health for Namdas as he assumes the responsibility of leading the agency in service to the nation.

Namdas was recently appointed Director General of the Border Communities Development Agency, a federal institution charged with addressing the developmental needs of Nigeria’s border communities.
