Slice your potato 

Wash it

Boil it for 2 minutes

Sieve the water out 

Use a towel to pat the fries to drain out the water completely

In a bowl, pour a cup of flour, add a pinch of salt and tumeric

Pour the flour mixture into the Siever containing the potato, stir until the flour is incorporated into every part of the potatoes then heat up your oil and fry. 

Use non sticky pan.

Your french fries will come out crispy, golden and very tasty.
