Fisayo Dele-Bashiru weds Moroccan partner in Manchester Nikkah ceremony

Nigeria midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has tied the knot with his Moroccan partner, Nada Bensouna, in a private ceremony held in Manchester, United Kingdom.

The intimate event was attended by a select group of family and close friends. Nada, 23, wore a traditional Moroccan caftan, while Dele-Bashiru donned native attire for the Nikkah ceremony — the traditional Islamic marriage rite.

The couple made their relationship public in December last year when they attended Lazio’s Christmas party together.

Dele-Bashiru, the younger brother of Flying Eagles star Tom, scored three goals in 20 Serie A appearances for Lazio last season and is expected to play a key role this term under new manager Maurizio Sarri.
