Ed Miliband has vowed to ban fracking during his speech to the Labour Party conference in Liverpool.Addressing the conference, the Energy Secretary declared he "sent those frackers packing", calling out ministers including Liz Truss and Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg.Mr Miliband told the conference: "We sent those frackers packing.
