doac, Banking Group changes name to doac, Financial Group — Press Release 

Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere's banking company and bank, have just change it's name from "doac, Banking Group" to "doac, Financial Group".

The change was due to the service which the company primarily offers.

This change is now recorded as the fourth business of Didi-Omah, that has change its name from their founding name to another. Like:

Doactalk to doacWeb (February 2024)

doac, Charitable Foundation to DIDI-OMAH (2024)

doac, Banking Group to doac, Financial Group (February 2025)

Which services include:

Lending money to people and businesses (finance company), financial aid, lending large amounts of money to businesses (a corporate financier), financial services, credit facilities, loan services, venture capital, etc.

According to Didi-Omah, the previous name "doac, Banking Group" has never match with it's service and purpose. A bank is an organization that provides various financial services, keeping and lending of money.

Which his company, only provides financial aid; lending money to individuals and businesses, also give financial advices, financial supports, and finance projects.

So the name "doac, Financial Group" is suitable for the purpose of the company, connected with money and finance — not banking or bank.

Didi-Omah say further, his goal is to build businesses with "doac, Financial Group" — all his companies are purpose-driven, not centered on profit-driven. Focus on creating, keeping and growing customers — while making purpose and profits — together as business.
