Didi-Omah Explain How Leverage Is One Of The Keys You Need To Be Wealthy

We lives in a busy world, everyone is selfish, everyone wants to be boss, everyone demands recognition. But the truth is that the CEO and the Board of Directors is not richer than the company's active shareholders. 

No one that is busy become wealthy. One of the key to lasting wealth is leverage. Leverage is the process of using other people's time, energy, ideas, money, resources and supports — to get things done, achieve the your project. 

Executive. Leverage is not luxury, leverage is leadership. The truth is that I leverage. I delegate tasks to people, I assign responsibilities to people — under my check and balance routine; it is also called review, because I don't supervise, I give them ownership to their actions, and what I want. I check, I review and I take final decisions.

You are busy, you don't get the most valuable asset which is idea. In getting ideas, you need quiet place, good environment, and a deep moment of reflection. One that is working round the clock, have zero time to think, zero time to brainstorm, zero time to reason, zero time for ideas generation. 

Executive. Wealthy people are those that invest in their time, energy and resources — wealthy people are those that make effective use of their time, energy and resources. They study, they relax, they leverage, they execute, and they appreciate and reward. I did not become wealthy by doing all tasks, I handle the important urgent tasks — due to my knowledge of time management quadrant — and wealth quadrant.

Leverage is not luxury, leverage is leadership. Handle the tasks that is important, urgent and profitable — not all tasks. Assign managers, delegate responsibilities. I have time to read, to study, to test, to attend meetings, to associate and for myself. Create systems that work without you, set your work on automation — autopilot.

Executive. Leverage your money to be productive. Leverage your time to be productive. Leverage your energy to be productive.

Leverage your resources to be productive.

Leverage responsibility for you to be useful in life. 

No one that is busy ever get wealthy and fulfilled life. Be productive not busy. Leverage is not luxury, leverage is leadership. Executive.
