Didi-Omah Answers Some Critical Questions Affecting Entrepreneurs

There are some questions, I will answer plainly here. Executive. I know I am not any expert, but a learning student everyday of life.

I dislike people who are certain about the future, you should be curious about the future. Being curious make anyone to be open to more insights and learn new things. But being certain, lead to stoney heart, which may amount to stagnation and no change occuring. It is only God that is unchangeable, we are humans, we must adapt and change over time if we want to be relevant and value added in our world.

Number one question; What is your advice to someone to choose between starting a company or working for someone?

This question is good to know. It not about waking up one day and set to start a company, many entrepreneurs entered into this trap; you have an idea, it is better. First to do is to create a product. Because a company is to manage and grow a product; so you should not just go and open a company, and if I ask what will the company do?

So, you have to create a product that people want, a product that impacts social lives of people. Many companies you know today that are great, is because they are known for owning one great product or the other. It is the product, likewise service that the company offer is what the company is rated.

No great company comes from less products or service. So you have to first create a product or offer a service. Do not start a company on you want to make huge money yearly nor have many people working for you. 

With that mindset, you are set for more breakdowns and eventually closed the business totally. 

The duty of a company is to create, manage and grow a product or offer a service. So you must build a product that people want, market it to them, when the sales is progressive — then team up and set a company for the product or service.

Working for someone; at doacInvest.org — we have this idealogy of “Work With Us, Not For Us”. We are different from others. I will advise, when seeking for a job, or wanting to work for someone. It should relate to your personality, your passion, your vision. Because if you do the job you don't love, you will not succeed in it — no doubt! Yes, they are paying you but are you living a fulfilling life at work. Executive. We have to remember that we spend more hours on our work than anything or with anyone. So think wisely.

I have trained myself and set structures that will empower our employees to be wealthy and good always. Working for someone is not bad, but let them not use you — even the Bible is against the master using the servants unfairly and unjustly. I advise every company to empower their employees, train their employees — and bring out their employees' potentials for the good of the same employees. Not to use and dump employees, because every employee is a human.

Will end by saying, starting a company is more stressful and harder than getting a job — that is what no entrepreneur will tell you. So if you don't like stress, please get a job. A good job that align with your heart rightly and you have the capacity to execute — get the job. 

Question two; What is your take on supernatural wealth without stress?

Ahhh! Supernatural wealth. Supernatural wealth is very possible. My take on this question, is just in “Deuteronomy 28:1-2 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:

And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.”

See from the Holy Scriptures, living in supernatural wealth is very possible, all we have to do; is to walk with God in obedience and by faith. Obey God's Word and have Faith in Him — no stress — so simple. But the devil have made it a way that we all see the Commands of Adonay as hard to do. But the world and we, see sins as easy to engage into. Thanks to God for his mercy and grace in my life. We must walk with God in obedience and by faith, for we to be living and enjoying supernatural wealth on earth. So simple!

Question three; Do weakness in person affect the business?

Wow! Yes, if you are weak — even your business will suffer. Even the Bible said, that the body is weak but the spirit is willing. So if the body is weak, the spirit cannot carry out activities except the spirit strengthen the body to execute rights with power. Executive. Your weakness as a person affect your business to suffer.

Startup don't fail because the founder runs out of cash, startup fail because the founder runs out of energy. That is to say, when you don't have energy to push further, you remain stagnanted and your business suffers. Even a weak faith cannot cast mountain to the sea — please check the Bible. So you have to be strong in mind even if your are weak. Then take a rest, but let your mind be strong always — keep the faith alive all times.

Question four; Capital or Idea which one comes first and how to get the other?

Allow me to laugh loud. Executive. What are you thinking? Without idea nothing happen. I have seen a venture that millions of US dollars is poured into it, it still crashed. Why? Lack of idea to keep alive. Capital is needed to keep the business healthy but idea is the greatest asset to business — according to Henry Ford.

Idea comes first to me, capital second. Many have idea yet no capital, that is when you should consider family funding or other possible means. I had an idea of blogging, then I did research and started taking actions, boom! My blogging idea became reality indeed! If I had at first hold money, I would have ventured into a miserable business that will had cut me off the lane. Many business seem good but not all is profitable. 

Ecclesiastes said, wisdom is profitable to direct. Not money but wisdom, so you need ideas to keep the business alive. Idea and capital are important to sustain and grow your business. Executive. I have discovered that many business owners don't lack capital, they lack capihow. Yes, how to do the business effectively, how to scale the business to serve over 10,000 people daily. So get the capihow and the capital together! Thank you.

These four questions are powerful and great, I am a business man, industrialist, investor and a Christian. I am giving answers based on my limited knowledge, God is the master of wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
