Davido’s Ex-Lawyer, Bobo Ajudua, Present at His Wedding as Groomsman

Today marks a joyous occasion for Nigerian music superstar Davido as he weds his longtime partner, Chioma Rowland, in a highly-anticipated traditional ceremony. While the guest list is strictly by invitation, reports confirm that a surprising name is included among Davido’s groomsmen – his former lawyer, Bobo.

Davido and Bobo’s professional relationship has gotten significant media attention over the years. Though the details of their split remain private, their continued friendship comes as a welcome surprise to fans.

Who is Bobo Ajudua?

Bobo F. Ajudua is a legal practitioner known for his excellent work in Media & Entertainment Law, Corporate Finance, and Real Estate. Often referred to as the “jiggy lawyer,” Bobo has represented high-profile celebrities like Davido, Fresh VDM, and Dremo.

Furthermore, he is the only child of Nigerian lawyer Fred Chijindu Ajudua and his politician wife, Patricia.

Additionally, Bobo’s relationship with Davido dates back to years ago. The pair attended the same secondary school, The British International School in Lagos. Although Bobo was Davido’s senior in school, they maintained a close relationship. They became close friends and Bobo started working for Davido as his lawyer. Also, he was part of Davido’s music management team.

Rumours of a split between Davido and Bobo came about in May 2024. Davido clarified the situation with a post on his Instagram story saying, “We are still very good friends. In business, things evolve and change all the time!”

As for the wedding itself, details are scarce due to the exclusive nature of the event. However, snippets from social media show a lavishly decorated venue and an elated Davido taking pictures with his family and friends.
