I've had my Souper Cubes for about three years now, and I still really love them.

I've always been a big fan of freezing individual portions to eat later — and these days I've been trying to eat less processed foods and sugar in general, and more protein and fiber and vegetables. Souper Cubes are the perfect thing for freezing everything like pasta, rice, and oatmeal, as well as soups and other liquids.

One of the things that makes them so brilliant is that 4 frozen blocks (of the 2 cup Souper Cubes) fit PERFECTLY into a gallon-size freezer Ziploc. (You can also just keep them in the Souper Cubes in the freezer, they stack really nicely.) I also like that they have cup markers on the side, although usually I'm just divvying up something from a larger serving.

I have similar options from random brands, found on sale at various spots, and I will say that the Souper Cubes are much nicer than any of the other options — they're a very thick, sturdy mold that will hold their form even when not frozen. I've never had any problems getting the frozen food out of the molds, either, unlike some of the other ones. After three years, I don't think there's any noticeable wear or tear.

All in all, I highly recommend! You can find them for $20 at Sur la Table, or get 2 for $40 at Amazon.

Sales of note for 9/26/25
