CHICKEN PEPPER SOUP

 INGREDIENTS:

Half kg chicken

1 medium sized onion

10 pieces habanero pepper(atarodo)

Crayfish

1/2 table spoon pepper soup spices

Handful of scent leaves 

Salt to taste 

Spice cubes (Maggi, knorr or your preferred seasoning)

DIRECTIONS:

-Season your chicken with your onion, salt and maggi, Knorr etc. Cover and bring to a boil for a about 10mins. 

-Add some water. Pound your crayfish gother with your pepper, stir into the pot and stir together. 

-Add your pepper soup spice,stir together and leave to simmer for about 10mins more.

-Add your washed and sliced scent leaves. Stir together and your pepper soup is ready. 

Enjoy with a cool chilled glass of water, wine, beer or any soft drink of your choice...
