The Warri Refining and Petrochemicals Company, WRPC, has officially started operations with a capacity of 125,000 barrels per day.

Mele Kyari, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, announced this during a visit to the facility.

Addressing the team during the tour of the facility began on Monday, Kyari said, “This plant is running. Although it is not 100 per cent complete, we are still in the process.
