The Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 election, Peter Obi, has claimed that the offers being made to him are very mind-blowing, and that he is being threatened for turning down those offers.

Although the former Anambra State governor did not mention what the offers were, and the people or groups that were making the offers to him, he said what they want to do to him is very frightening but he is ready to face anything.

Speaking when he appeared as a guest on X Space organized by ParallelFacts, and also reported by Daily Post, Peter Obi said, “I can tell you the offers that I get today are mind-blowing. On the other way round, for refusing the offer, what they want to do to me is also very frightening. But I’m ready to go through anything.”

Peter Obi came third in the last presidential election, according to the results that were announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). In just about a year, he had put together a group of vibrant followers known as Obidients, who gave the two popular parties in the country – the APC and the PDP – a good run for their money.
