Bentley Bentayga Speed-based X Concept previews a proper off-road-ready Bentayga SUV.

Bentayga Speed-based X Concept rides on forged 22.0-inch wheel with large off-road tyres.

Bentayga Speed’s wading depth and ground clearance increased by over 550 mm and 310 mm respectively.

Features twin towing eyes at the front and a titanium sports exhaust from Akrapovic at the rear of the car.

In addition, the Speed-based X Concept also features four spotlights and roof-mounted storage.

A new Bentayga X Concept made its debut on the frozen track at the FAT Ice Race at Zell am See, a two-day winter event held at Zell am See Airport in Austria between January 30 and 31 2026.

Based on the all-new Bentayga Speed, which made its debut last June as “the most powerful Bentley SUV yet”, this unique Bentayga X Concept was developed to gain feedback for an enhanced off-road capable Bentayga.

While the base Bentayga already combines off-road capabilities and luxurious comfort, and outright speed in the Bentayga Speed, the Bentayga X Concept now aims to provide a greater off-road experience.

To create this off-road-ready Concept from the Bentayga Speed, Bentley swaps on forged 22.0-inch wheel with large off-road tyres and increased the wading depth and ground clearance by over 550 mm and 310 mm respectively.

Changes made to the exterior of the Bentayga Speed includes the addition of twin towing eyes to the front and titanium sports exhaust from Akrapovic to the rear of the car.

In addition, the Speed-based X Concept also features four spotlights and roof-mounted storage – the latter which spot an electric Bambino-size Go Kart (as used in the FAT Karting League) to demonstrate its ability.

Like the £219,000 Bentayga Speed it is based on, the Concept uses 650 PS 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine, which allows the former to sprint to 62 mph from rest in just 3.4 seconds and delivers a top speed of 193mph (310km/h).
