Your pregnancy success increased when both partners are in good shape. I have preached so many times in the group the importance of nutrition most especially when trying to conceive. While taking care of yourself, don't leave your partner behind encourage them to do same, if possible prepare it for them. Yes we all need babies, but at the end of the day, we the women are more desperate than the men.....so it's important to be ontop of things. 

1. BEETROOT 

Beetroot has properties that can boost Male fertility. Rich folate, also known B9, beetroot has been linked in reducing fatigue and studies into low sperm counts.....another study found that the antioxidant improved sperm quality and mobility. 

2. BANANAS 

Bananas are the obvious choice for increasing sperm production. This phallic shape fruit is rich in vitamin B1, C and Magnesium, which increases the mobility of the sperm and help in sperm production. Banana also contains a rare enzyme called bromelain, which helps boost sperm count and mobility. 

If your partner is already suffering from low sperm, avoid having sexual intercourse like 5 days before ovulation.......help him by feeding him right, the best way to do this, take the banana and beetroot, few leafy greens......blend with orange juice or cranberry juice.......it's very delicious. If he's the type that is afraid to drink smoothies, the orange or cranberry juice will make him love it. If you can't afford organic orange juice, buy an orange and blend the juice with.....if you still can't afford an orange, use half glass of water best of luck.
