BCT Ventures, a consumer brands platform built around AI-native operations across insights, product development, and go-to-market, has launched with Rs 42 crore seed funding from 3one4 Capital.

The company was founded by Kashyap Vadapalli, KV Ravi Shekhar, and Anubhav Sonthalia.

The founding team brings a mix of experience in consumer brand building, digital growth, and audience scaling, having previously worked across Google, eBay, Pepperfry, Doubtnut, Vedantu, WPP, Sokrati, and Dentsu, along with prior experience in mergers and acquisitions and at least one successful venture exit.

BCT Ventures will begin by building brands in the nutrition and wellness category. India’s nutrition and wellness market is shifting to preventive care, with urban consumers increasingly moving away from generic products and towards solutions that are backed by practitioners and built around specific health protocols. The company sees this as an underbuilt category where consumers are willing to pay a premium for products focused on longevity, prevention, and performance.

Over time, the company plans to apply the same operating approach to other underserved consumer categories, provided those categories similarly reward trusted education, product depth, and repeatable growth systems.

BCT Ventures operates through three proprietary AI engines that work together as a closed loop.

The first is Resonance, described as the Trust and Attention Engine. It uses practitioner-led content and AI-driven workflows to build owned audiences and identify emerging consumer needs before they become mainstream demand.

The second is Nucleus, the Product Engine, which converts practitioner expertise, audience demand signals and AI-led whitespace mapping into protocol-first products.

The third is Meridian, the Performance Marketing Engine, which uses AI to speed up creative testing, media buying, budget allocation, and return on ad spend optimisation.

Together, the idea is that Resonance identifies what consumers actually need, Nucleus builds a product around that need, and Meridian scales its growth in the market. Customer data generated through this process then feeds back into all three engines, which the company claims helps improve how it builds and scales its next brand.
