Brining the Chicken

Now hear me out, I used to think this extra step of brining chicken breasts wasn’t necessary, but after noticing how much of a difference it made with our grilled chicken breasts, I was sold! Of course, one could argue that brining is more essential for grilling, but trust me; you’ll be surprised by how juicy and flavorful these baked chicken breasts turn out with a quick brine.
