Amotekun Arrests Three Suspects Over Alleged Theft Of Spare Parts In Osun

The Commander of the Osun Amotekun Corps, Dr Adekunle Omoyele in a statement signed by Amotekun Public Relations Officer, Yusuf Idowu, asserted that Amotekun operatives arrested the suspects who attempted to sell stolen items to a Mallam in Ode-Omu.

The suspects had stolen the items from a mechanic’s workshop in Akure, Ondo State, and were caught after the Mallam alerted the Amotekun operatives.

During preliminary investigation, “The suspects confessed of stolen the items at a mechanic workshop owns by one Mr. Victor in Akure, Ondo State and ran to Ode-Omu in Osun State to sell the stolen items before luck ran against the felons,” Omoyele said.

The suspects have been transferred to the Amotekun Ondo State Command for further investigation and prosecution.
