Alleged R@p£: Late rapper Takeoff’s accuser seeks to substitute his mom as defendant

A lady who accused late American rapper, Kirsnick Khari Ball aka Takeoff, of r@p£ is seeking to substitute his mother as the defendant in the suit.

The lady, identified simply as Jane Doe, alleged that Takeoff r@p£d her at a June 2020 party in Encino, two years before his d£ath. He was k+lled in November 2022.

According to MyNewsLA, the plaintiff in the suit is seeking to have TakeOff’s mother take her son’s place as the defendant in the case.

The rapper’s mother, Titiana Davenport, is the acting administrator of the rapper’s estate, which is currently in probate proceedings in Georgia.

The alleged victim claimed TakeOff basically stalked her during the party, before following her into a bedroom where he then r1ped her.

TakeOff’s attorney strongly denied the allegations at the time, and the rapper was not criminally charged over the alleged incident.

The L.A. County District Attorney’s office reportedly cited insufficient evidence as to the reason not to proceed with the prosecution.

TakeOff was sh%t and k+lled by a “stray b¥llet” to the head and neck area when a g¥nman opened fire outside the bowling alley following a dice game just shy of 3 a.m. ET on November 1, 2022.
