All problems can be solved. Problem have solution, we must channel our effort towards understanding the problem, generating the solution, and implement our solution to the pressing problem.

Problems don't come to oppress, kill or frustrate anyone. Every problem that comes to everyone is according to their capacity. All problems can be solved, challenges can be conquered. It is taking responsibility that makes you solve your problem, not looking for who to blame, who to hold accountable for your problem, or who to bill. 

Executive, many people don't know the capacity, or potential they posses — until they accept responsibility. Responsibility is responding to ability, responsibility is essentially responding to issues in front of you. I have come to realise that there is no challenges or problems that is not common to man. The problem you are facing, someone victorious face it and solved it successfully — every problem is common, no problem is unique. 

When you engaged your ability towards the challenge in front of you, that makes you a champion. There is no champion that is not challenged. There is no giant that did not meet problem — it is how you face yours that count! Executive, you may think of leaving the country; when you get to the next country, you will face similar problems that match the one here. We are human, there are problems everywhere. It is for you to take responsibility in solving your problems — and standing out tall.

Capacity is what it takes to solve problems. When you don't have the capacity, you can exercise ability over the problem in front of you. There are problems everywhere, there are challenges in every nation of the world. It just that some are dedicated in solving their problems, and some are celebrating their problems. Taking responsibility is what reveal the ability and potential, you have in solving your problems. When you focus on solving your problems, definitely there will be a way. When there is a will, there is a way. Executive.
