ZAMSUT First Batch 2025/2026 NELFUND Beneficiaries: Verification Dates, Time, Venue and Required Documents

Zamfara State University, Talata Mafara (ZAMSUT) has issued a notice for verification of students listed as first batch NELFUND beneficiaries for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The notice is directed at students whose names appear on the attached first batch beneficiary list; verification is being handled in batches, and only listed students are invited.

Verification venue and schedule

ZAMSUT has directed affected beneficiaries to report to the Bursary Department (Permanent Site) for verification, scheduled as follows:

• Date: Thursday, 8 January to Friday, 30 January 2026
• Time: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily (Monday to Thursday)
• Venue: Bursary Department, Permanent Site

(Students are expected to follow the stated schedule.)

Documents required for verification

Affected beneficiaries are to attend with the following documents:

1. School fees Remita
2. Student ID card (for returning students only)
3. Letter of refund and a copy of evidence of payment of registration fees for the 2025/2026 academic session (for students who have already paid their school fees)

Batch process and list access

The notice states that verification is being conducted strictly in batches. Only students whose names appear on the first batch list are invited for this verification exercise.

The first batch list is available via the school’s official Facebook page, through the official Facebook post carrying the first batch list.
