The journey to success, is an ongoing continuous journey and not a destination. It is likely unto a man driving in a busy wide road to a farmland. He drives with carefulness, watching sides and speeding. 

He must look back, to see who is coming from behind him, he must look the sides of his car, to know who is at the same level with him. No one moving to achieve greatness, makes noises. No one that is building something valuable and great, will be making noise at the same time.

You must draw back to look back to where you pass by, go back to old books, previous notes taken by you days ago, months ago, and years ago. Life is a journey, time is a process and the world is wide enough. You are like that man driving.

There is a car ahead of you, there are always people in your front and ahead of you. You must point out the vehicle in your front, you want to overtake; move closely to overtake that target vehicle, watch your back time to time, to know who at your back in case you want to drive back for the next move. You must make use of your side mirrors to know who is in the same lane or level with you.

The mistakes most people make is, they don't know the life is a journey, time is a process and the world is wide. When you drive without looking back, making reverse, taking U-turn when necessary, and being ignorant of those by your two sides — it will land you to damages, accidents and eventually cost you more expenses than expected.

You must look back if you want to achieve success in life like a man driving in the busy road. Speed without direction, lead to lost. And direction with updated insights around you, lead to death — yes damages. I have studied this, and I am sharing it with you! Take every move as a car on the road, and you will achieve success and arrive safely at the location, you desire. 

You must focus on strategies not just hard work, more knowledge than degrees, more assets than savings, more investments than just spending, more connections than friends, more closeness to God than to people. You must focus on producing — most people are focused on consuming, you must focus on improving your soft skills — most people are obsessed with improving their technical skills, you must stand out — most people are just worried about how to fit in, you must invest your time — most people continue to sell their time, you must invest your free time reading — most people will spend their free time consuming social media, you must focus on hiring talented people — most people just want to get hired.

These signs you must take if you want to be successful, wealthy and value added in your life.
