WWE’s women-centric WrestleMania 42 ad teases a surprise appearance

There wasn’t nearly as much hype for it, but that’s probably because after WWE spent days hyping the men’s version of its WrestleMania 42 ad campaign, pundits and fans quickly figured out that the latest promotion was for a women’s edition and not a big Survivor Series announcement or something.

A full version of the new commercial for the second-straight ‘Mania in Las Vegas dropped today (Nov. 28) with a similar lack of fanfare. But this time the full video might be what generates the conversation. Because along with shots of Becky Lynch, Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, Charlotte Flair, Jade Cargill, and Rhea Ripley arriving for a high stakes… dinner party*, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque says:

In Vegas, everything’s a game. Some nights, it’s played without cards, or dice — just tension. Every move measured, every look a strategy sharpened. Always watching your back. Prepared for anything. Never knowing who the real threat is — or who might show up at the table.“

Haitch’s last words come over a shot of a martini glass being served to an empty spot at the table as Aerosmith’s “Back in the Saddle” kicks in.

Who could our mysterious guest be?
