Woman Jailed for 7 Years After Cutting Off Husband St!ck and Flushing It Down Toilet Over Suspected Cheating

A 58-year-old woman in South Korea has been sentenced to seven years in prison for a brutal early-morning attack on her husband in which she severed his p£n!*s and flushed it down the toilet, convinced he was being unfaithful.

The horrific incident took place in August 2024 at a coffee shop in the Hwado-myeon district on Ganghwa Island. The court found her guilty of special aggravated bodily harm following the vi*lent ass*ult on her 50-year-old husband.

CCTV footage presented during the trial showed the husband sitting alone at a table in the café, drinking by himself before he fell asleep. At that point, the woman’s 40-year-old son-in-law (identified only as B) entered the premises, restrained the sleeping man using rope and industrial tape, and held him down.

Once the victim was completely immobilized, the wife launched the savage attack—stabbing him around 50 times before using a sharp weapon to cut off his p£n!+s. She then flushed the severed organ down the toilet. The man was rushed to hospital in critical condition and underwent emergency surgery. Miraculously, he survived, but he has been left with severe physical disabilities and deep psychological trauma.

Before the sentencing, the victim reached a settlement with his wife and formally asked the court to show her leniency. The judges took his request into consideration when deciding the punishment.

The woman was sentenced to seven years in prison. Her son-in-law, who assisted in restraining the victim, received a four-year prison term for his role in the attack. The two appeared before the Incheon District Court on separate dates in January 2026.

Adding another layer to the family tragedy, the couple’s daughter was fined ₩3 million (approximately £1,514) after she admitted to hiring an unregulated private investigator who illegally tracked her father’s movements using a GPS device.
