Our parents or elders are our greatest assets. Not only are they sources of excellent knowledge and wisdom, but they are also full of life experience.

As parents grow old, many people disregard them because they consider them a liability. Some people even leave them in misery to free themselves from any responsibility. When you ignore your parents, you lose the greatest blessing in life.

Always be there for your parents or the elderly. Try to work around your circumstances so that you can care for them. Talk to them, be patient with them and care for them; all they need at that phase of life is your presence and love.
