Welcome to the inside scoop.

The lip balm that brings crusty lips back to life...

Even though I sleep with a humidifier and use an overnight mask on my lips, I still experience daytime dryness. And before you ask — yes, I stay hydrated. This lip balm is pricey, but it's effective and worth every penny. My lips appear softer and smoother, so when I apply lipstick when I'm going out to dinner, it applies more evenly, without that cracked, dry look that lipstick can produce. So far it's lasted me a while, and I keep it in my everyday bag so I'm using it daily. —Alexandra Napoli

Plant stakes that make a big difference...

A few of my plants have really taken off now that it's summertime and they're getting more light, so in order to help them grow and remain supported, I bought some plant stakes. They arrived over the weekend and I immediately got to work. I'm so happy with the result. All of my plants look so much happier — no bent branches or leaning leaves. Overall, it's a minor thing, but it feels like such an improvement to how they appear and hopefully, over time, to how they grow. —Alexandra Napoli

The boob bundle getting us through wedding season...

As a proud member of the itty-bitty committee, I've always been a little jealous of friends who can throw on a dress and instantly have effortless cleavage. Sometimes I just want a little lift and shape to make an outfit hit the way I pictured it. This Cleavage and Lift Bundle from Cakes Body delivers exactly that. I felt supported, my dress fit the way I wanted it to, and I got all the benefits of a bra without the actual bra straps. I wore it for hours and never found myself adjusting or worrying about things staying in place. I also have sensitive skin, so I was fully expecting some irritation. But surprisingly, it was gentle, comfortable to wear, and came off without leaving my skin angry afterward. —Sarai Thompson

The supplement we stash in our carry-on bag...

When I’m traveling, I love to keep a few things on hand to keep me feeling good. These ARMRA colostrum travel sticks are non-negotiables. I add one to a big glass of water right when I wake up, and within an hour I’m feeling less bloated, with more energy to get my steps in for the day. It also supports my immune system, so I’m less likely to get the dreaded post-flight cold, and I swear my skin looks brighter when I consistently take one every day. I also love that it comes in flavored options if you struggle to drink unflavored water.” —Martha Upton

Our new favorite everyday basic...

No outfit makes me feel more confident than a little white tee with jeans, and my little white tee of choice has always been this one from Buck Mason. So when they released new tees in a thicker cotton with a lived-in feel, you can bet I got my hands on them. I don’t know how they do it, but this tee somehow drapes in exactly the right way and hits perfectly at my waist. I like the way the cotton feels more substantial and menswear-esque. The shrunken pocket tee is also great if you’re going for an elevated baby tee vibe, and I’m praying the V-neck one comes back in stock because I’m predicting a V-neck fall. I admit they are pricey, but they hold up well in the wash, trust me. —Martha Upton

A pair of throw-on shorts we can't stop wearing...

I bought a couple of these Uniqlo shorts on a whim a few weeks ago, and I can't stop reaching for them. They're a traditional boxer silhouette, but they aren't see-through. I love that they have an internal drawstring, and I've found that on top of being extra comfortable, they make every outfit look a little cooler. —Margo Ghertner

An unexpected Pottery Barn find...

As a thirty-something woman, one of my life’s greatest pleasures is getting myself a little treat at Pottery Barn. I popped in the other week looking for these coffee mugs, but I walked out with the most deliciously fresh summer home scent, instead. When I smelled this, I literally felt my heart rate slow, my shoulders drop, and my imagination transported to a rambling English garden. This smells exactly like walking through a row of wild lilac trees during a crisp summer night. I got the room spray, but as I now live in fear of this scent discontinuing, I’m stocking up on a few candles, too. —Caroline Goldstein

A functional summer bag...

Summer bags are just my favorite. Since I'm someone who normally wears black or neutrals, I love making a statement with a colorful, textured purse. Ideally one that I can tote around all day and fits my wallet, phone, hand sanitizer, and a summer read. This was my first time trying a bag from Andre Assous and I have to say, I'm impressed. I got the mini woven bucket bag in cognac, so I could wear it with practically everything. Spoiler: I do. It's the perfect warm-weather bag to carry your essentials comfortably and stylishly. And the price isn't too bad, either. —Alessandra Rey

The easiest way to upgrade your dinner party...

Now that my partner and I have finished fully decorating our apartment, we're ready to host. Since we're in our more "adult" home, we want our hosting style to convey the same message. So we traded our usual chips-and-hummus appetizer with this ridiculously tasty crispy rice from Rice Market. I was skeptical at first because, what do you mean they ship raw, sushi-grade-fish to you the same day? But they do. And it's exquisite. Everything's wonderfully packaged and easy to assemble. All you have to do is heat up the rice and pile the ingredients together, and they taste fresh and look super elevated. I'm already planning to make another order for my birthday party in September. —Alessandra Rey
