Two Nigerians arrested for allegedly kidnapping African girl in Libya

Two Nigerian nationals have been arrested for alleged kidnapping and attempted extortion in Sabha, Libya.' Migrant Rescue Watch, an advocacy group, in a statement on Sunday, December 29, 2024, disclosed that the suspects were arrested for allegedly kidnapping an African girl.  Al-Qahira Police Department arrested 2 undocumented migrants of Nigerian nationality responsible for kidnapping of an African girl and attempted extortion. Police during op successfully freed the victim and apprehended the perpetrators.
