Growth happens when we feel strong and stable. Strength and stability come from strong culture and values.

Being connected to our culture gives us a sense of identity and belonging. When we try to separate from it, the sense of belonging is lost. Due to disconnection, the mind becomes weak and gets easily affected by the adversities of life. This is one of the reasons why people feel insecure and unstable and lack a sense of fulfilment no matter what they do.

Be proud of where you come from and embrace your culture, heritage and traditions. When your foundation is strong, you will always stand tall.
