If you throw water, dirty or clean, from your balcony or window and it splashes on someone or their property, you can be arrested and charged. It’s called nuisance under the law. Even if you say, "I didn’t know they were passing", ignorance is not an excuse. That harmless “pouring leftover water” habit can cost you money, freedom and reputation. If you throw water, dirty or clean, from your balcony or window and it splashes on someone or their property, you can be arrested and charged.
