Three names added to All In’s Casino Gauntlet match

@AEW Last week, Orange Cassidy earned the right to start All In’s Casino Gauntlet match by winning a three-way over Roderick Strong & his Conglomeration teammate Kyle O’Reilly. Less than a week away from that Aug. 25 PPV in London’s Wembley Stadium, however, OC was the only person entered in the Gauntlet for a future AEW World title shot. They started to address that on the Aug. 21 Dynamite. First, on his way to the exit after being thrown out of the building, Hangman Page told Renee Paquette that he was in the match. His old Dark Order pal Evil Uno had just found out he had a spot in the Gauntlet too... but Hanger kicked his ass to demonstrate what he’ll do to anyone who gets between him and a showdown with current World champ Swerve Strickland. @AEW

Last week, Orange Cassidy earned the right to start All In’s Casino Gauntlet match by winning a three-way over Roderick Strong & his Conglomeration teammate Kyle O’Reilly.

Page’s inclusion makes sense for his pursuit of Strickland, but is somewhat of a surprise as he appeared headed for an All In match with the suddenly popular Jeff Jarrett.

Earlier, during one of The Conglomeration’s always must see promo segments (CARDIFFICATION!), Mark Briscoe told us that he and O’Reilly will be in the Gauntlet with Cassidy.

Like most of AEW’s “casino” gimmicks, the Gauntlet can include up to 21 wrestlers. Competitors enter at timed intervals Royal Rumble-style, but the match can be won with a pinfall or submission at any time, so all 21 may not make it into the match.

We’ll see who else joins these four (or five, if Uno recovers). While we wait, here’s a look at the rest of the card for Sunday in London:

• Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Bryan Danielson in a Title vs. Career Match for the AEW World championship

• Timeless Toni Storm (c) vs. Mariah May for the AEW Women’s World title

• MJF (c) vs. Will Ospreay for the AEW American championship

• Mercedes Moné (c) vs. Dr. Britt Baker for the TBS title

• Jack Perry (c) vs. Darby Allin in a Coffin Match for the TNT championship

• Young Bucks (c) vs. FTR vs. The Acclaimed for the AEW world tag team titles

• Chris Jericho (c) vs. HOOK for the FTW championship

• The Patriarchy (c) vs. Bang Bang Gang vs. House of Black vs. the winner of Collision’s PAC & BCC/Top Flight & Lio Rush qualifier in a London Ladders match for the AEW World Trios championship

• Orange Cassidy, Mark Briscoe, Hangman Page, Kyle O’Reilly and more in a Casino Gauntlet Match for a future World championship match

• Willow Nightingale & Tomohiro Ishii vs. Kris Statlander & Stokely Hathaway (pre-show)
