“This Is How To Grow Your Church!” — Didi-Omah Reveals Church Growth Secrets From The Bible

Christianity is a personal race, not a group race. When God calls, He calls individual not group; I have never seen in the Word of God and in our human world, when God calls a group of people to do a task — He always call one person to carry others along in achieving a purpose or mandate.

Executive, we should stop this modern grouping in the church. Because when God called Abraham, it was Abraham. The Scriptures said it, when I called Abraham, I called him forth and bless him. How to grow your church, you must know that you are a Shepard to feed the sheepfold. And you can't used prayers to feed the sheeps, the sheeps need pastures — and the pastures is the Word of God. Because we are only increasing our spirit man when we steadily feed our heart with the Knowledge of the truth, not massive prayers. 

Start the foundation with prayers, as Jesus Christ did. The apostles did. But you have to build the church with the knowledge of the truth and life applicable teachings. The multitude followed Jesus Christ because of His teaching on heavenly things using earthly illustrations. He said to His disciples, to you have been given the mystery of these things, but to them they have no understanding.

That is to say, for your church to grow. First know the field of ministry you are called into. Because when you are running a prayer packed ministry, you will end up getting only prayer warriors — and in real sense, no fully focused prayer warrior is a good soul winner. To build a growing progressive church, you must by yourself — not with your members, only by yourself, lay the foundation on a groaning knee with fastings. Then build the church with the knowledge of the truth and life applicable teachings. Because these will keep the sheeps coming and when the sheeps are coming, keep giving them green fresh knowledge that will empowers them to take over the world and prepare them for the Kingdom of God.

A salvation focused church will not win souls for God, the devil is wiser than the children of light. Jesus Christ told the disciples, in the book of Luke, that the children of the world are wiser than the children of light. If Jesus Christ will say that. Why will the church that want to grow be using one pattern? Jesus Christ used three ways in teaching: storytelling, parables, and illustrations. 

And that have brought me to Jesus Christ ministry on earth: the multitudes followed Jesus Christ because of: miracles, healings, hospitality, dinning with sinners, and His teachings. Jesus Christ's teachings never condemned anyone. But today's salvation message churches will condemn you, for your sin. Who made the church a judge?

Jesus Christ is truly the light of the world. He came to a world full of darkness, sin, and wickedness but made an eternal difference in it. He lit up everywhere He went with true knowledge and love — not condemnation. That's one. Executive, another is Jesus Christ became great on the earth because He does good works in all places.

That is to tell us that: for we to be light of the world, we must lit up everywhere we go with knowledge of the truth and love. For we to be great, we must be doing good works at all time and all places we are in. Delivering values to people and serving in service. The church is not far from where values are delivered, and values are not far from the church. The most important thing in life is the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Aside from these, the rest is chasing after shadows.

The church is the centre of light of the world. A Christian is the light of the world, not light of the church. A Christian is the salt of the earth, not the salt to a church group. We have to wake up, a church that want to grow, must empowers its members to go into the world and occupy the world for Jesus Christ by shining as a gospel light to the world and make impacts in the lives of people, especially sinners.

When you meets a smoker, and you are telling him, you will go to hell — Executive, Executive — you are not winning soul, you are condemning soul. We must come before the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and help in time of need. 

A church that want to be a salvation message church, must be ministry of wisdom or ministry of knowledge — or that church will be struggling in the world of darkness. You have hundreds of people flowing into your church, watch it, they are not members strongly — I have observed churches like that. Then I begin to ask Adonay show me the truth to grow any organisation. Adonay told me using three persons, and to me via dream. 

"Didi-Omah, I did not call you into opening church or ministry. I did not call you into sticking to a church, abide in your field and serve me. Stay where you are planted and grow, because you are good at something doesn't mean that is your calling. People will clap hands for you, you are doing good and well. But at the end, you did not run any race because you are not in the track! I called you into business and charity. You are a businessman, study those that have obtained success, wealth and peace through business. Like Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Many will try to draw you into holding their ministry, but remember who you are.”

These words keep following me to date. God reveals unto me how to grow a church from various messages, materials, and primary from the Bible. Should I start opening a church, no, Executive. If I do, I may fall. Because I am a called leader, a businessman, an industrialist, an investor and a Christian. My Christian is not that I am born into a Christian home, like most people, yes I am born into a family of Christianity — but I became a Christian in 2025: previous years was knowing the right religion.

I worship with the Jewish, stay with the Muslims, grow with Christians. 2025 is my redemption year, after I graduated from Federal Polytechnic in 2024. Executive, I became a Christian at 23 years old. But I have been hearing from Adonay from childhood even till now. That is to tell you, the gift of God is without repentance. Do not build your church on your gifts, spiritual gifts, personal knowledge. That church won't stand tall, build your church on the Word of God and life applicable teachings. 

God never blesses a church, He always bless individuals, when God blesses you, He then blesses your members individually — then we can say you have a blessed church on the face of the earth. Your success determines God's success — e shock you abii. Your success in life determines God's success in reality. So we have to wake up to our responsibility in growing the Church of Jesus Christ in our present world. Let us build a church that will influence in politics, economy and social affairs of the nations — following the Word of God as our authority. Because we are light of the world, not in the church, not in the village. The world needs our light.

The only authority over my life is the Word of God. In the book of Jeremiah, Jeremiah 3 vs.15—17

[15] And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, 

    who will guide you with knowledge and understanding.

[16] “And when your land is once more filled with people,” says the lord, “you will no longer wish for ‘the good old days’ when you possessed the Ark of the lord’s Covenant. You will not miss those days or even remember them, and there will be no need to rebuild the Ark.

[17] In that day Jerusalem will be known as ‘The Throne of the lord.’ All nations will come there to honor the lord. They will no longer stubbornly follow their own evil desires.
