Left: Indian Chef, Lata Tondon @cheflatatondon , who Currently Holds the Guinness World Record for the Longest Cooking Time by an Individual.

She was called the “Iron Lady” when she cooked for 87 hours and 45 minutes in 2019, surpassing the previous record by 20 hours.

Right: Hilda Baci @hildabaci , a Nigerian chef who has set a new world cooking record. She has accomplished over 92 hours, and her target is 96 hours.

There Are Two Kinds Of People: 

1. Those Who Set Records- They Pioneer Paths Others Fear To Thread. They Encourage Dreamers To Rise. They Creatively Raise Bars, Many Never Think Of And Show People That The Uncommon Is Attainable. Chef Lata London, Is One Of Those Remarkable Pioneers.

2. Those Who Break Records- These Group Honor The Trails Of The Pioneers, They Believe That If It Can Be Done, Then It Must Be Improved Upon. They Desire More! 27 Year Old Nigerian, Chef Hilda Bassey is a great example. She rode on The Record Set By Her Predecessor.

She Decided 5 Years Ago To Attempt To Break It, and also took her preparation to the next level..

 As at 2:48pm Monday May 25th, Her record is over 92 Hours And Still Going. 

These Women Need To Be Studied. The Principles Need To Be Learnt And Relearnt. Without Chef Lata, There’ll Be No Chef Hilda. Yet Without The Support Of Hilda’s Mom And Intense Overflowing Energy Of Global Goodwill From People Who Cheered Her Daily, She May Have Caved In To Exhaustion. 

 These Two Visionary Women Have Proved, That Impossible Is Only A Decision Away.
