The future of real estate is not longer land banking and land selling. In the future, I predict the real estate next booming idea; is providing affordable, comfortable, clean energy houses with relaxing environments. Executive, these houses are affordable houses but contains features that suit the proper human living. It can be affordable for renting and affordable for buying.

People loves living in comfort and get it at good price rate, affordable to their financial level. If we keep on campaigning for land buying or house buying at expensive prices; in the possible future we may tend to be left behind. Because many persons are loosing their jobs, many people can't afford balance meal feeding for a year. And housing is another problem to them. When we can provide a place for people to stay as shelter at good price rates with relaxing environment and clean green energy — we tend to create another market wave that fit us as the leader for longer time.

Executive, we are not just making money little by little from our projects, we are also solving standard housing problem for people through our investment. It might seem hard and difficult, but we can — when we open the gate wide for the public to invest their money, own parts of the company, and we use their money to carry out property projects that will in turn solve problems for people seeking for houses, businesses seeking for commercial buildings, and so forth.

We need the right system, the knowledge of the truth, the right pattern to set these projects up. We must move in with a better financial structures that keep the cashflow coming, multiplying the money, and sustaining the business to be more profitable and keep growing. Executive, we must have the people first before profit; we must be clear in our ways. Because clarity is far better than cleverness — that is the way I am seeing the future of real estate now.
