If you're trying to build something that lasts, whether it's a business, a brand, or even your career, these three things must be in place.

1- STRATEGY – What’s the plan? Where are you headed, and how do you intend to get there? If you’re not planning, then it means you’re just guessing and guessing is definitely not a strategy.

2- SYSTEMS – What keeps things running? If you have to be everywhere for things to work, then you don’t have a system, you have stress. Systems help you to stay consistent without burning out.

3- STRUCTURES – What holds everything together? Without the right structures, everything you’re building will eventually collapse. You can’t scale chaos.

Whatever it is that you're doing, don’t just work hard, set up strategy, systems, and structures so you can grow and scale.
