If you know a person is in love with you and you don't love them in return let them know why you can't be with them, do what ever you can in your power to make them understand the situation of things and let them go peacefully.

Don't take advantage of people who have feelings for you, stop making them do things they ought not to be doing for you, stop leading them on when you know you don't have any plans for them in the future.

Stop seeking for favours every now and then simply because you know they can't say no because they have feelings for you, its not their fault they fell so helplessly in love with you, don't give them a different view about love, don't make them hate themselves for falling in love with you.

Maturity does not come with age rather with a person's mindset, taking advantage of a person who loves you is an act of immaturity, if you don't love them let them go, its going to get nasty if love turns to hate.
