Steven Borden Jr. caught the pro wrestling bug after appearing as “Wolfpac Sting” during his father’s retirement match at AEW Revolution in 2024. He immediately started training with the likes of Darby Allin, among other AEW stars, in anticipation of following in dear old dad’s footsteps.

Now, it seems, we’re closer to that than ever.

Indeed, just a few months after working his first match in front of a crowd doing a job to Allin at an event in New York City, some photos are being shared of Borden working the Ring of Honor tapings last night:

This was just the fifth match of his young career, if we can even call it that just yet, and the second under the AEW banner. Fightful Select reported not long ago that some sources within the company believe he will be a full fledged member of the roster sooner rather than later. This obviously represents a step in the right direction in that regard.

Excited for it?
