Starting doacWeb and Et Cetera, without owning a product and property. What I did was to offer service.

I already know how to use people's money, time, energy, skill and knowledge — to achieve my dreams. I learnt that from Neo Life. An international multi-level marketing company, I have attended their seminars three times, during my course of seeking admission.

I used these knowledge and I am getting results. So if I told you I didn't have like NGN100k, when starting my companies — you have to believe. But I have spent millions, and these money initially are not mine.

I have attended different marketing and business seminars, with these knowledge — I became grounded in business, networking with people and growing.

I offered blogging and advertising service; as Doactalk. Learned web development basics during my 3 months IT at Gaint Global Web Technologies, Choba — as a requirement to proceed to ND 2.

During my a year IT, I contact Mr. Seun of 2Star Technology — this led to the creation of our own web platform in 2022. Before then I was using blogspot, to write blog posts and run advertising.

Which is to say, I did my 1 year IT at home, building my internet company, and was learning more on content marketing and general advertising. I'm good at blogging, that's why I decided to learn content marketing and general advertising.

I gathered knowledge of blogging and advertising, from 2018, when I picked blogging. I was familiar with blogspot than WordPress, that's why I used blogspot?

Before I fully graduated out of Federal Polytechnic Ekowe, Bayelsa State. I learnt a high paying skill, which is coding, from Mr. Wari Denyefa. I learnt alot, I mean alot from these persons: Sir. Bethel Okpomu, Mr. Ferdinand Ihe, Mrs. Queen Udobi, Mr. Gideon, and so many — there at the institution.

Lesson number one: start with what you understand and have.

Lesson number two: get proper knowledge before starting and keep learning during the course.

Lesson number three: get the right people to work with, so you can achieve your aim, within your budget.

Lesson number four: build relationship with all field of life and everyone — it open more opportunities and add values to you.

I am talking about doacweb.com; I experience alot of failures and challenges in the building these two companies. 

At Et Cetera Real Estate Group, I started with meeting and negotiating marketing deal with real estate partners and companies — I was able to sell to them about my abilities, courage and commitment. They pick in, and we closed a good deal. That's how I became owner of these two companies.

This was after I graduated, I took three months to educate myself on marketing, advertising, story telling, general writing, selling, and little on coding. I was broke, building myself; feeding from my parents and living with them as a young graduate, expecting to go for NYSC.

Now Et Cetera, have network of real estate partners and companies, have large community of marketers — and own a strong brand.

Here's what I did: I educate myself, be curious of getting more, see failures as part of the journey, see money as an idea not real.... em focus on the clients and my employees' welfare and feedbacks.

Without having a product and property, I tend to make sure we have these at the foundation:

We own knowledge (Processes, Procedures and People) translated into Systems, Structures and Strategies for value creation.

That's all we need. Now doacWeb and Et Cetera, are big players in the industry they belong.
